...WINTER CONDITIONS EXPECTED MONDAY AFTERNOON INTO TUESDAY...

SNOW AND STRONG NORTHWEST WINDS WILL IMPACT NORTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA
MONDAY THROUGH TUESDAY. TEMPERATURES WILL SLOWLY COOL THROUGH THE
DAY MONDAY WITH RAIN EXPECTED TO SWITCH OVER TO SNOW BY MID TO
LATE AFTERNOON. SNOWFALL RATES WILL NOT BE HIGH...BUT TWO DAY
TOTALS OF 2 TO 4 INCHES OR MORE ARE POSSIBLE FROM MONDAY AFTERNOON
THROUGH TUESDAY. AS WINDS INCREASE FROM THE NORTH ON MONDAY AREAS
OF BLOWING SNOW ARE POSSIBLE...WHICH COULD CREATE HAZARDOUS WINTER
CONDITIONS. STAY TUNED TO LATER FORECASTS AS DETAILS BECOME
CLEARER ACROSS THIS AREA.
