OF MARYLAND...NORTHERN AND CENTRAL VIRGINIA...AND THE EASTERN WEST
VIRGINIA PANHANDLE. LOW TEMPERATURES ARE EXPECTED TO DROP INTO THE
UPPER 20S

ICY SPOTS ARE EXPECTED TONIGHT...ESPECIALLY WHERE MOISTURE FROM
RAIN AND SNOW MELT FROM TODAY REMAINS ON PAVEMENT AND SIDEWALKS.
PLEASE USE EXTRA CAUTION IF TRAVELING. REDUCE SPEED AND STAY
ALERT FOR SLICK ROAD CONDITIONS.
