...A LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL AFFECT THE FOLLOWING
COUNTIES...SOUTHEASTERN CONECUH...CRENSHAW...NORTHERN COVINGTON AND
BUTLER COUNTIES UNTIL 100 PM CST...

At 1208 PM CST, the strong thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 7 miles west of Lowndes County Airport to near
Georgiana to 11 miles southeast of Evergreen, and moving east at 40
mph.

Dime size hail and winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with
these storms.

Locations impacted include...
Andalusia, Greenville, Opp, Luverne, Georgiana, Brantley, McKenzie,
River Falls, Red Level, Rutledge, Dozier, Heath, Gantt, Glenwood,
Petrey, Highland Home and Lapine.

A tornado watch remains in effect until 200 PM CST for south central
Alabama.
