A LIGHT MIX OF WINTRY PRECIPITATION WILL CONTINUE ACROSS THE QUAD
STATE REGION THIS MORNING. NORTHERN PORTIONS OF THE AREA WILL SEE
MORE IN THE WAY OF LIGHT SNOW...WITH LIGHT RAIN IN THE SOUTHERN
HALF. THROUGH MID MORNING...THE PRECIPITATION MAY BE MIXED WITH
LIGHT FREEZING RAIN OR DRIZZLE ACROSS PORTIONS OF SOUTHWEST
INDIANA...SOUTHERN ILLINOIS...AND WESTERN KENTUCKY. ANY LINGERING
PRECIPITATION WILL TRANSITION TO LIGHT RAIN OR DRIZZLE BY LATE
MORNING AND AFTERNOON AS TEMPERATURES WARM ABOVE FREEZING.

WITH THE LIGHT NATURE OF THE PRECIPITATION...TRAVEL PROBLEMS
SHOULD BE MINIMAL. MAIN IMPACTS THROUGH THE MORNING WILL BE
POTENTIAL SLICK SPOTS ON BRIDGES...OVERPASSES AND SECONDARY OR
UNTREATED ROADS.
