...Moderate risk for rip currents today...

Rip Current Risk:      Moderate risk. Life threatening rip currents are
                       possible in the surf zone. Remember to swim near
                       a lifeguard and with a non-inflatable flotation
                       device, such as a life jacket and boogie board.

Lightning Risk:       None.

Ultraviolet Index:     Extreme. Wear a wide-brimmed hat and
                       sunglasses, and use sunscreen of SPF 15
                       or higher. Remain in the shade if possible.

Weather:               Hot, Partly Cloudy and Breezy.

Temperatures:          Near 90. Heat indices between 100 to 105.

Wind:                  Southeast 20 to 25 mph with higher gusts.

Wave Heights:          2 to 4 feet.

Surf Temperature:      84 degrees.

Bay Temperature:       86 degrees.

Tides:                 A high at 6 16 am. A low at 9 49 pm.

Outlook:               An elevated risk for rip currents is likely
                       to continue through Tuesday. Hot conditions
                       are expected throughout the period with the
                       high temperatures near 90 degrees. A slight
                       chance of showers and thunderstorms returns
                       for the middle of the workweek from Tuesday
                       through Thursday.
