THE COLD FRONT WHICH BROUGHT WIDESPREAD 5 TO 8 INCHES OF NEW SNOW,
SOME LOCALIZED HIGHER AMOUNTS, HAS MOVED EAST OF THE AREA. ARCTIC
AIR WILL SURGE INTO THE REGION LEADING TO OVERNIGHT LOWS IN THE
SINGLE DIGITS THE NEXT TWO NIGHTS WITH WIND CHILLS OF MINUS FIVE
TO MINUS 15 COMMON. HIGH PRESSURE WILL MAINTAIN DRY CONDITIONS
FOR MUCH OF THE REMAINING WORK WEEK. SOUTHERLY FLOW BEGINS TO
RETURN WITH A BIG WARMUP SCHEDULED TO BEGIN ON THURSDAY WITH
TEMPERATURES GOING ABOVE FREEZING FOR HIGHS. THE WARMTH WILL PEAK
THIS COMING WEEKEND WITH TEMPERATURES AT LEAST INTO THE 50S.
