WEATHER SYNOPSIS
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE PADUCAH KY
247 PM CST FRI NOV 17 2017

RAIN CHANCES WILL INCREASE BY LATE TONIGHT INTO SATURDAY MORNING,
WITH HIGHER CHANCES BEING IN THE NORTHERN PORTION OF THE QUAD
STATE REGION. THUNDERSTORM CHANCES WILL INCREASE THROUGHOUT THE
MORNING HOURS AS A STRONG COLD FRONT PASSES THROUGH THE FORECAST
AREA. SOME OF THESE STORMS COULD BE STRONG TO SEVERE WITH DAMAGING
WINDS BEING THE MAIN THREAT. SHOWERS AND STORMS SHOULD EXIT THE
REGION BY LATE AFTERNOON ON SATURDAY. BEHIND THE FRONT, DRY AND
COOL CONDITIONS WILL PERSIST THROUGH MOST OF NEXT WEEK IN
RESPONSE TO HIGH PRESSURE.
