AT 700 AM CHST...2100 UTC...THE CENTER OF TROPICAL STORM RAMMASUN
WAS LOCATED BY SATELLITE NEAR LATITUDE 13.6 DEGREES NORTH AND
LONGITUDE 139.8 DEGREES EAST.

TROPICAL STORM RAMMASUN IS MOVING WEST AT 15 MPH...AND THIS GENERAL
MOTION IS EXPECTED THROUGH AT LEAST TUESDAY.

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS REMAIN AT 40 MPH. SLOW INTENSIFICATION IS
EXPECTED OVER THE NEXT SEVERAL DAYS AS RAMMASUN CROSSES THE
PHILIPPINE SEA.
