EAST-SOUTHEAST OF HILO...HAWAII...UNDER AWIPS HEADER TCPCP3 AND WMO
HEADER WTPA33 PHFO. IGNACIO WAS MOVING TOWARD THE WEST-NORTHWEST AT
ABOUT 12 MPH.

2. THE CENTRAL PACIFIC HURRICANE CENTER IS ALSO ISSUING ADVISORIES
ON TROPICAL STORM KILO...LOCATED ABOUT 770 MILES WEST-SOUTHWEST OF
LIHUE...HAWAII...UNDER AWIPS HEADER TCPCP1 AND WMO HEADER WTPA31
