* SNOW...STORM TOTAL OF 12 TO 18 INCHES.

* VISIBILITY...ONE QUARTER MILE OR LESS AT TIMES.

* WIND...NORTH TO NORTHEAST 25 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 40 MPH.

* TIMING...SNOWFALL AND WINDS WILL CONTINUE THIS MORNING. WINDS
  WILL DIMINISH THIS AFTERNOON...BUT THE SNOWFALL WILL CONTINUE
  THROUGH TUESDAY.

* IMPACTS...SNOWFALL COMBINED WITH STRONG WINDS AND BLOWING SNOW
  WILL PRODUCE WHITE-OUT CONDITIONS. DRIVING WILL BE VERY
  DIFFICULT.

A BLIZZARD WARNING MEANS SEVERE WINTER WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE

* TIMING...SNOWFALL WILL CONTINUE INTO THE AFTERNOON...ESPECIALLY
  ALONG THE CORRIDOR FROM EAGLE RIVER TO CHUGIAK. SNOW WILL BEGIN
  TO TAPER OFF BY LATE AFTERNOON.

* IMPACTS...TRAVEL MAY BE DIFFICULT. VISIBILITIES WILL BE
