A BLIZZARD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM SUNDAY EVENING THROUGH
TUESDAY MORNING.

* LOCATION...NEAR BROOKS RANGE PASSES WEST OF ARCTIC VILLAGE.

* VISIBILITY...NEAR ZERO IN SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW.

* WINDS...SOUTH AT 30 TO 40 MPH GUSTING TO 50 MPH.

* TIMING...WINDS WILL INCREASE DURING THE DAY SUNDAY WITH THE
  WORST CONDITIONS EXPECTED DURING THE DAY MONDAY.

* IMPACTS...VISIBILITY WILL BE VERY POOR AND SNOW WILL
  ACCUMULATE INTO DRIFTS. WHITEOUT CONDITIONS SHOULD BE
  EXPECTED. TRAVEL AND OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES WILL BE EXTREMELY
  DIFFICULT.
