...BLIZZARD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 AM AKST TUESDAY...

* SNOW...4 to 7 inches.

* VISIBILITY...Reduced to one quarter mile or less at times.

* WIND...East wind 35 to 50 mph with gusts to 60 mph.

* TIMING...Winds will begin to increase this afternoon with a
  little blowing snow as the frontal boundary approaches. Heavier
  snow will begin this evening as winds continue to increase. The
  period of heaviest snow...strongest wind...and lowest
  visibility will be late tonight into early Tuesday morning.
  Conditions will improve Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Snowfall combined with strong winds and blowing snow
  will produce white-out conditions. Travel will be very
  difficult.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A blizzard warning means severe winter weather conditions are
expected or occurring. Falling and blowing snow with strong winds
and poor visibilities are likely. This will lead to white-out
conditions...making travel very difficult. All travel and outdoor
activity is strongly discouraged.

...BLIZZARD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM TUESDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH
TUESDAY EVENING FOR THE KUSKOKWIM DELTA COAST...

The National Weather Service in Anchorage has issued a Blizzard
Watch...which is in effect from Tuesday afternoon through Tuesday
evening.

* LOCATION...The Kuskokwim Delta coast.

* SNOW...3 to 7 inches.

* VISIBILITY...Possibly reduced to one quarter mile or less at
  times.

* WIND...Northeast wind 15 to 30 mph with gusts to 40 mph.

* TIMING...Gusty winds and snowfall rates will begin to increase
  late Tuesday morning...with the heaviest snowfall and strongest
  winds beginning in the early afternoon. Visibilities will likely
  be reduced during the afternoon and evening hours Tuesday.
  Conditions will begin to improve by Tuesday night.

* IMPACTS...Snowfall combined with strong winds and blowing snow
  may produce white-out conditions at times. Driving may become
  very difficult.

Watch...which is in effect from Tuesday morning through Tuesday
evening.

* LOCATION...From Dillingham north and west.

* SNOW...4 to 8 inches.

* VISIBILITY...Possibly reduced to one quarter mile or less at
  times.

* WIND...Northeast wind 15 to 30 mph with gusts to 45 mph.

* TIMING...Gusty winds and snowfall rates will begin to increase
  late Tuesday morning...with the heaviest snowfall and strongest
  winds beginning in the early afternoon. Visibilities will likely
  be reduced during the afternoon and evening hours Tuesday.
  Conditions will begin to improve by Tuesday night.
