* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...18 TO 24 INCHES...WITH UP TO 30 INCHES
  ACROSS EASTERN PORTIONS OF THE COUNTY.

* MAXIMUM SNOWFALL RATES...2 TO 4 INCHES PER HOUR.

* TIMING...MAINLY LIGHT SNOW WILL FALL EARLY THIS EVENING...THEN
  BECOME HEAVY AT TIMES LATER THIS EVENING...AND CONTINUE HEAVY
  AT TIMES INTO TUESDAY. THE SNOW WILL GRADUALLY TAPER OFF TUESDAY
  NIGHT.

* IMPACTS...EXTREMELY DANGEROUS AND LIFE THREATENING TRAVEL
  CONDITIONS DUE TO SNOW COVERED ROADWAYS AND SEVERELY REDUCED
  VISIBILITY. BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW WILL MAKE MOST ROADS
  IMPASSABLE. WHITE OUT CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TONIGHT INTO
  TUESDAY.
