WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW, SLEET AND FREEZING RAIN...WHICH IS IN
EFFECT UNTIL 1 PM EST THIS AFTERNOON. THE WINTER STORM WARNING HAS
BEEN CANCELLED.

* LOCATIONS...CHENANGO, OTSEGO, BROOME AND DELAWARE COUNTIES IN
  CENTRAL NEW YORK. SUSQUEHANNA, NORTHERN WAYNE AND WYOMING
  COUNTIES IN NORTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA.

* HAZARD TYPES...HEAVY WET SNOW... SLEET...FREEZING RAIN... AND
  GUSTY WINDS.

* ACCUMULATIONS...SNOW ACCUMULATION OF 2 TO 4 INCHES...ALONG WITH
  AROUND ONE QUARTER OF AN INCH OF ICE.

* TIMING...HEAVY WET SNOW OCCASIONALLY MIXED WITH SLEET AND
  FREEZING RAIN WILL CONTINUE INTO EARLY AFTERNOON.

* IMPACTS...ICE AND SNOW ACCUMULATIONS WILL CREATE TREACHEROUS
  DRIVING CONDITIONS. THE WEIGHT OF THE ICE AND SNOW ON TREE LIMBS
