COUNTY. WINDS HAVE SUBSIDED EARLY THIS EVENING...HOWEVER SOME
MINOR DRIFTING OF THE SNOW WILL CONTINUE THROUGH MID EVENING.
UNTREATED ROADS WILL STILL BE SNOW COVERED AND SLIPPERY.

EVENING...

* LAKE EFFECT SNOW BANDS WILL BRING MODERATE SNOW TO EASTERN
  MANITOWOC COUNTY...WHILE LIGHT SNOW WILL CONTINUE OVER THE
  REMAINDER OF THE COUNTY THROUGH MID EVENING.

* ADDITIONAL ACCUMULATIONS OF 1 TO 2 INCHES WITH LOCALLY HIGHER
  AMOUNTS ARE POSSIBLE NEAR THE LAKE MICHIGAN SHORELINE. AROUND AN
  INCH IS EXPECTED OVER THE REMAINDER OF THE COUNTY. TOTAL STORM
  ACCUMULATIONS WILL RANGE FROM 3 TO 5 INCHES INLAND...TO 6 TO 10
  INCHES ALONG LAKE MICHIGAN.

* THE COMBINATION OF FALLING AND BLOWING SNOW MAY PRODUCE LOCAL
  WHITEOUT CONDITIONS ALONG THE LAKE MICHIGAN SHORELINE...
  INCLUDING INTERSTATE 43. ROADS WILL BE SNOW COVERED AND
  SLIPPERY. TRAVEL CONDITIONS WILL BE HAZARDOUS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WINTER STORM WARNING FOR HEAVY SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW MEANS
SEVERE WINTER WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED OR OCCURRING. THE
COMBINATION OF SNOW AND STRONG WINDS WILL MAKE TRAVEL VERY
DIFFICULT. IF YOU MUST TRAVEL...KEEP AN EXTRA FLASHLIGHT...
FOOD...AND WATER IN YOUR VEHICLE IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY. THE
