* WHAT...Black ice occurring.

* WHERE...The northern and central mountains of western North
  Carolina.

* WHEN...Until noon EST today, although melting is already
  underway in some locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Black ice conditions will continue to
  create very slippery roadways through the morning. Use caution
  when driving and allow extra time to reach your destination.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Weather Advisory for Black Ice means that refreezing of
roads will occur...resulting in the development of widespread
black ice. Be prepared for very slippery roadways. Some roads that
appear clear may be covered by a thin layer of ice.
