WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW...BLOWING SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT
UNTIL 6 AM AKST FRIDAY.  THE BLIZZARD WARNING HAS BEEN DOWNGRADED
TO THIS ADVISORY.

* SNOW...WITH ACCUMULATION UP TO 2 INCHES.

* BLOWING SNOW...REDUCING VISIBILITY TO ONE HALF MILE OR LESS AT TIMES.

* TIMING...SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW WITH LOW VISIBILITY IS NOW
  OCCURING FROM POINT LAY WEST. THESE CONDITIONS WILL SPREAD EAST
  TO WAINWRIGHT BY THIS EVENING. CONDITIONS WILL IMPROVE FRIDAY
  MORNING AS WINDS AND SNOW DIMINISH.
