WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOWFALL...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 5 AM MST
TUESDAY.

* LOCATION...UPPER ARKANSAS VALLEY...CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN EL PASO
  COUNTY...INCLUDING COLORADO SPRINGS.

* CAUSE AND TIMING...AN ARCTIC FRONT WILL PASS THROUGH THE
  REGION THIS MORNING. BEHIND THE FRONT...THERE WILL BE A
  PROLONGED PERIOD OF LIGHT TO MODERATE SNOW.

* SNOW ACCUMULATION...FOUR TO SIX INCHES INTO TUESDAY MORNING.

* IMPACT...ROADS WILL BE SNOW PACKED MAKING TRAVEL HAZARDOUS. SNOW
  WILL BE LIGHT AND POWDERY DUE TO THE LOW TEMPERATURES... WITH
  THE POTENTIAL FOR THE SNOW TO EASILY BLOW AND DRIFT.
