...ACCUMULATING SNOW TONIGHT AND EARLY FRIDAY...

.AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE WILL MOVE FROM THE LOWER GREAT LAKES
TODAY...INTO NEW ENGLAND TONIGHT. A COLD FRONT TRAILING SOUTH FROM
THE LOW WILL CROSS THE MOUNTAINS THIS EVENING...ASSOCIATED WITH
RAIN SHOWERS INITIALLY...BUT THEN CHANGING TO SNOW AS COLDER AIR
MOVES INTO THE AREA TONIGHT. SNOW WILL THEN CONTINUE OVER THE
WEST VIRGINIA HIGHLANDS BEFORE TAPERING TO FLURRIES LATER FRIDAY.

* LOCATIONS...THE MOUNTAINS OF WESTERN GREENBRIER COUNTY.

* HAZARD TYPES...SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW.

* ACCUMULATIONS...SNOW ACCUMULATION OF 2 TO 4 INCHES.

* TIMING...TONIGHT THROUGH MID DAY FRIDAY.

* IMPACTS...SNOW COVERED ROADS WILL MAKE TRAVEL HAZARDOUS. BLOWING
  SNOW WILL REDUCE VISIBILITY AT TIMES.

* WINDS...WEST 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 40 MPH.

* TEMPERATURES...IN THE MID 20S.
