This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for central New York and
northeast Pennsylvania.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Low pressure moving into the Great Lakes tonight will bring moderate
to locally heavy rainfall to the area. Minor, isolated instances of
flooding, mainly in poor drainage areas, are possible.

Winds will gust 35 to 40 mph Thursday night, which could bring down a
few trees with saturated soil.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.
