.DISCUSSION...

Sunny and dry conditions are expected for today with breezy
northwesterly winds up to 20 mph in the afternoon. Minimum
relative humidity values will drop to as low as 20 percent this
afternoon. For tonight, dry conditions will persist, although
minimum relative humidity values will recover to around 60 percent.
Winds will become light and variable as they veer to the southeast.
For Friday, mostly sunny skies and dry conditions are expected.
Southerly winds will become breezy again with gusts up to 25 mph.
Minimum relative humidity values will drop to around 20 to 25
percent.
