EVENING...

* WHAT...Southeast winds 20 to 25 mph with gusts up to 40 mph
  expected.

* WHERE...Coastal Kleberg, Coastal Nueces, Coastal San Patricio,
  Inland Kleberg, Inland Nueces, Inland San Patricio, and Jim Wells
  Counties.

* WHEN...From 1 PM this afternoon to 9 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
