* WHAT...West-Northwest winds 20 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50
mph.
* WHERE...Portions of Central Pennsylvania, including the
Susquehanna Valley and Western Poconos.
* WHEN...Until 6 PM EDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects.
Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may
result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The combination of strong winds and
saturated ground will bring an increased risk of downed trees
and power outages.
