At 110 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rainfall had ended across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Runoff from this earlier rainfall will result in flooding continuing into the early morning hours. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Tarkio, Rock Port, Fairfax, Blanchard, Westboro, Watson and Phelps City. This includes Interstate 29 between mile markers 100 and 123.
