...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 645 PM CDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Linn and Miami counties in east central Kansas, and Bates
  and Cass counties in west central Missouri.

* WHEN...Until 645 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 335 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms moving into the advisory area. Minor flooding
    is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area.
    Areas that have seen flooding the past several days will be
    especially vulnerable.
  - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1.5 inches are expected
    over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
    flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Butler, Adrian, Rich Hill, Pleasanton, Drexel, Linn Valley,
    Hume, Prescott, Amsterdam, Amoret, Rockville, Foster, Merwin,
    Passaic, Worland and Ballard.
