50 MPH WILL CONTINUE TO PRODUCE PERIODS OF WHITEOUT CONDITIONS IN
FALLING AND BLOWING SNOW THIS MORNING. WHILE WINDS WILL SLOWLY
EASE THIS AFTERNOON WITH DWINDLING SNOW SHOWERS...THERE WILL STILL
BE AREAS OF BLOWING SNOW LINGERING INTO THE EVENING HOURS.  A
BLIZZARD WARNING IS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON.
