LIGHT FREEZING RAIN EARLY THIS MORNING WILL PRODUCE LIGHT ICE
ACCUMULATIONS BEFORE CHANGING TO SNOW...WITH ONLY A MINOR
ACCUMULATION.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY

LATE WEEK...MUCH COLDER AIR AND BRISK WINDS WILL REVIVE THE RISK
OF DANGEROUSLY COLD WIND CHILLS. THE COLDEST WINDS CHILLS ARE
EXPECTED THURSDAY NIGHT AND FRIDAY MORNING...AS COLD AS 15 BELOW
TO 30 BELOW ZERO.

A BRIEF PERIOD OF LIGHT FREEZING RAIN WILL BE POSSIBLE EARLY THIS
MORNING BEFORE QUICKLY CHANGING TO SNOW. ANY ICE ACCUMULATION WILL
BE MINIMAL. SNOW WILL MOVE THROUGH THIS MORNING...WITH
ACCUMULATION EXPECTED TO RANGE FROM LESS THAN AN INCH NEAR AND
SOUTH OF INTERSTATE 90...TO ONE TO TWO INCHES NEAR HIGHWAY 14.
IN ADDITION...WINDS WILL BECOMING A GUSTY 25 TO 35 MPH LATER THIS
MORNING THROUGH MID AFTERNOON...CREATING AREAS OF BLOWING SNOW AND
REDUCED VISIBILITY.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY

A COUPLE PERIODS OF LIGHT SNOWFALL WILL BE POSSIBLE TUESDAY NIGHT
INTO WEDNESDAY NIGHT...PERHAPS WITH A SMALL PERIOD OF VERY LIGHT
FREEZING RAIN WEDNESDAY NIGHT. ANY ACCUMULATIONS WILL BE MINOR.

RIVER TO PERHAPS 1 TO 2 INCHES TOWARD HIGHWAY 14. ADDITIONAL LIGHT
SNOWFALL WILL BE POSSIBLE TONIGHT...WITH ACCUMULATIONS MAINLY A
DUSTING TO LESS THAN A HALF INCH.
