This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northwest Iowa, southwest
Minnesota, east central South Dakota and southeast South Dakota.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Summer like heat, dry air, and southwest winds gusting 25 to 35 mph
will lead to critical fire weather conditions this afternoon through
early this evening.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

Very warm, dry, and breezy conditions will lead to elevated fire danger
on Monday.

A strong spring system will bring periods of showers and
thunderstorms and locally heavy rainfall to the region Monday night
through Tuesday. There is potential for severe weather Monday night
with large hail, damaging wind gusts, and a few tornadoes possible,
so be sure to continue to monitor the forecast.
