SURFACE TEMPERATURES MAY REMAIN COOL ENOUGH FOR PATCHY SLICK
SPOTS ON UNTREATED SURFACES...ESPECIALLY ON ELEVATED SURFACES SUCH
AS BRIDGES.

DENSE FOG MAY AGAIN DEVELOP TONIGHT IN AREAS ALONG THE BUFFALO
RIDGE IN MINNESOTA.

A CHANCE OF ACCUMULATING SNOW WILL OCCUR ACROSS THE REGION
