THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF NORTHWEST
IOWA...SOUTHWEST MINNESOTA...NORTHEAST NEBRASKA...EAST CENTRAL
SOUTH DAKOTA...SOUTH CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA AND SOUTHEAST SOUTH
DAKOTA.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

NORTHWESTERLY WINDS OF 20 TO 30 MPH WITH STRONGER GUSTS WILL
DEVELOP ACROSS THE AREA BY THIS AFTERNOON...THEN CONTINUE INTO
TONIGHT. THIS WILL PRODUCE AREAS OF BLOWING SNOW WITH VISIBILITIES
REDUCED TO HALF A MILE OR LESS. IN ADDITION...THE WIND COMBINED
WITH COLD TEMPERATURES WILL RESULT IN WIND CHILL VALUES IN THE
RANGE OF 10 BELOW ZERO TO 20 BELOW ZERO BY LATE TONIGHT.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY

STRONG NORTHWESTERLY WINDS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE DAY ON
MONDAY...AGAIN PRODUCING AREAS OF BLOWING SNOW WITH VISIBILITIES
REDUCED TO A HALF MILE OR LESS AND WIND CHILL VALUES OF 10 BELOW
ZERO TO 20 BELOW ZERO. WINDS WILL THEN TAPER OFF ON MONDAY
EVENING.
