IOWA...SOUTHWEST MINNESOTA...NORTHEAST NEBRASKA...EAST CENTRAL
SOUTH DAKOTA...SOUTH CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA AND SOUTHEAST SOUTH
DAKOTA.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

SCATTERED SHOWERS ARE EXPECTED TO BE FAIRLY PREVALENT ALONG AND
EAST OF I-29 TODAY. NO SEVERE WEATHER IS EXPECTED. ALONG THE JAMES
RIVER VALLEY AND WEST...THERE MAYBE A BRIEF BREAK IN THE ACTIVITY
IN THE LATE MORNING INTO THE EARLY AFTERNOON. IF THIS
OCCURS...THUNDERSTORMS WILL LIKELY REDEVELOP IN THE LATE AFTERNOON BUT
ARE NOT EXPECTED TO BE SEVERE.

MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN MAY BE POSSIBLE ACROSS THE AREA
TONIGHT...WITH LOCALIZED AREAS RECEIVING ONE TO TWO INCHES OF
RAIN.
