MINNESOTA AND EAST CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

STRONG NORTHWEST WINDS OF 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 45 MPH CAN BE
EXPECTED TODAY INTO THE EVENING HOURS. SCATTERED SNOW SHOWERS THIS
AFTERNOON WILL PRODUCE AT MOST A FEW TENTHS OF AN INCH ACCUMULATION.
HOWEVER...VISIBILITY MAY BE REDUCED TO AROUND A MILE AT TIMES
BECAUSE OF THE STRONG WINDS BLOWING THE LIGHT SNOW.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY

MUCH COLDER TEMPERATURES ARE EXPECTED WEDNESDAY INTO
THURSDAY...WITH SUB ZERO WIND CHILLS.
