IOWA...WEST CENTRAL IOWA...SOUTHWEST MINNESOTA...NORTHEAST
NEBRASKA...EAST CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA AND SOUTHEAST SOUTH DAKOTA.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

SNOWFALL WILL MOVE ACROSS THE AREA THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING.
SNOWFALL RATES COULD BE MODERATE AT TIMES. HOWEVER DUE TO THE
RELATIVELY WARM TEMPERATURES...SNOW WILL PROBABLY NOT STICK TO
PAVEMENT THROUGH SUNSET. HOWEVER AFTER SUNSET...UNTREATED ROAD
SURFACES COULD BECOME SLICK ESPECIALLY EAST OF INTERSTATE 29 IN
SOUTHWEST MINNESOTA AND NORTHWEST IOWA. THEREFORE USE CAUTION
DRIVING THIS EVENING ACROSS THESE AREAS. ON AVERAGE...SNOWFALL
AMOUNTS WILL BE A DUSTING TO BETWEEN A HALF INCH AND ONE INCH. THE
HEAVIEST OF THESE AMOUNTS WILL LIKELY OCCUR ALONG AND SOUTH OF
HIGHWAY 60 IN NORTHWEST IOWA AND SOUTHWEST MINNESOTA.

MUCH COLDER TEMPERATURES ARRIVE TUESDAY THROUGH FRIDAY...WITH
WIND CHILL VALUES EXPECTED TO DROP BELOW ZERO AT TIMES.
