A WIND CHILL ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT FOR TONIGHT AND VERY EARLY
FRIDAY MORNING. WIND CHILL VALUES WILL BE AS LOW AS 20 BELOW TO 30
DEGREES BELOW ZERO. BY DAYBREAK FRIDAY HOWEVER...WIND CHILL VALUES
WILL HAVE MODERATED TO 15 BELOW TO NEAR 23 DEGREES BELOW ZERO.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY

LIGHT SNOW WILL FALL ON FRIDAY. EAST CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA WILL SEE
LIGHT SNOW IN THE MORNING...WHILE SOUTHWEST MINNESOTA LOOKS TO
RECEIVE SNOW TOWARD MIDDAY THROUGH MID AFTERNOON. SNOWFALL AMOUNTS
SHOULD REMAIN LESS THAN AN INCH.

A STRONG STORM SYSTEM WILL LIFT NORTHEASTWARD EARLY NEXT
WEEK...IN PARTICULAR IMPACTING MONDAY. UNCERTAINTY REMAINS WITH
THE EXACT TRACK OF THIS SYSTEM. HOWEVER IT COULD CERTAINLY PRODUCE
ACCUMULATING SNOW IN EAST CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA AND SOUTHWEST
