...DENSE FOG ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM CST THIS MORNING...

The National Weather Service in Sioux Falls has issued a Dense
Fog Advisory, which is in effect until 10 AM CST this morning.

* VISIBILITY...Will be frequently below a quarter mile through
  mid morning before improving.

* IMPACTS...Low visibilities in dense fog will make for limited
sight distance and hazardous travel. Since temperatures are
below freezing, always be aware that the fog could freeze on
contact on roadways making patchy slick conditions. Drive
  carefully.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Dense Fog Advisory means visibilities will frequently be
reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving...slow down...
use your headlights...and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
