* TIMING...THE STRONGEST WINDS SHOULD OCCUR FROM MID MORNING
  SUNDAY THROUGH EARLY SUNDAY EVENING. WINDY CONDITIONS WILL
  CONTINUE THROUGH ALL OF SUNDAY NIGHT HOWEVER.

* WEATHER CONDITIONS...THERE IS A POTENTIAL FOR WIND SPEEDS TO
  AVERAGE 35 TO 50 MPH FROM MID MORNING SUNDAY TO EARLY SUNDAY
  EVENING. THE WINDS WILL DECREASE MODESTLY SUNDAY NIGHT TO 25
  TO 40 MPH.

A HIGH WIND WATCH MEANS THERE IS THE POTENTIAL FOR A HAZARDOUS
