THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SIOUX FALLS HAS ISSUED A HIGH
WIND WATCH ON SUNDAY.

* TIMING...THE STRONGEST WINDS SHOULD OCCUR FROM MID MORNING
  SUNDAY THROUGH EARLY SUNDAY EVENING. WINDY CONDITIONS WILL
  CONTINUE THROUGH ALL OF SUNDAY NIGHT HOWEVER.

* WEATHER CONDITIONS...THERE IS A POTENTIAL FOR WIND SPEEDS TO
  AVERAGE 35 TO 50 MPH FROM MID MORNING SUNDAY TO EARLY SUNDAY
  EVENING. THE WINDS WILL DECREASE MODESTLY SUNDAY NIGHT TO 25 TO
  40 MPH.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A HIGH WIND WATCH MEANS THERE IS THE POTENTIAL FOR A HAZARDOUS
HIGH WIND EVENT. SUSTAINED WINDS OF AT LEAST 40 MPH...OR GUSTS OF
58 MPH OR STRONGER MAY OCCUR. CONTINUE TO MONITOR THE LATEST
