* WEATHER CONDITIONS...STRONG NORTHWEST WINDS WILL GRADUALLY
  DIMINISH THROUGH THE NIGHT...DROPPING TO LESS THAN 5 MPH LATE.
  WITH TEMPERATURES FALLING INTO THE 31 TO 34 DEGREE RANGE AREAS
  OF FROST ARE LIKELY.
