...RECORD WARM MINIMUM TEMPERATURE SET AT SIOUX FALLS SD...

THE MINIMUM TEMPERATURE AT JOE FOSS FIELD IN SIOUX FALLS YESTERDAY
WAS 49 DEGREES. THIS ESTABLISHES A NEW RECORD WARM MINIMUM
TEMPERATURE FOR THE DATE... ECLIPSING 45 DEGREES SET BACK IN 1934.

THIS IS THE SECOND HIGHEST OVERNIGHT MINIMUM TEMPERATURE SO LATE IN
THE SEASON. THE ONLY WARMER TEMPERATURE SO LATE OCCURRED ONE DAY
LATER...NOVEMBER 17 IN 2001...AT 50 DEGREES.
