.DISCUSSION...
EASTERLY FLOW ALONG AND EAST OF I-29 WILL KEEP LOW CLOUD AROUND
THROUGH MUCH OF THE DAY ACROSS PORTIONS OF NORTHWEST IOWA AND
SOUTHWEST MINNESOTA. FURTHER TO THE WEST...SOUTHEASTERLY WINDS
WILL INCREASE AHEAD OF A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM. THIS SYSTEM WILL
BRING RAIN TO THE REGION...ESPECIALLY THROUGH THE AFTERNOON AND
EVENING HOURS TUESDAY AFTERNOON. RELATIVELY COOL AND BREEZY
CONDITIONS CAN BE EXPECTED ACROSS THE REGION ON WEDNESDAY AS THE
AREA OF LOW PRESSURE SHIFTS EAST.
