TONIGHT AS HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS SOUTHWARD OUT OF CANADA. THE COLD
HIGH PRESSURE WILL RESULT IN A PERIOD OF SUB-FREEZING TEMPERATURES
LATE TONIGHT FROM SOUTH CENTRAL TO EAST CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA...AND
NEARBY AREAS OF SOUTHWEST MINNESOTA NORTH OF INTERSTATE 90.

WELL BELOW NORMAL TEMPERATURES WILL CONTINUE THROUGH MIDWEEK...WITH
READINGS MODERATING CLOSER TO SEASONAL NORMALS FOR THE LATTER HALF
OF THE WEEK. RAIN WILL BECOME LIKELY TUESDAY NIGHT AND WEDNESDAY
IN AREAS NEAR THE MISSOURI RIVER...WITH RAIN CHANCES DECREASING
SHARPLY NEAR AND NORTH OF INTERSTATE 90. DRY CONDITIONS SHOULD BE
PREVALENT THE REMAINDER OF THE WORK WEEK...BUT NEXT WEEKEND COULD
