STRONG SOUTHERLY WINDS WILL DEVELOP TODAY...ESPECIALLY FOR AREAS
WEST OF INTERSTATE 29. WITH AFTERNOON RELATIVE HUMIDITY EXPECTED
TO DIP TO 25 TO 30 PERCENT...THIS WILL COMBINE WITH DORMANT
VEGETATION TO CREATE A VERY HIGH FIRE DANGER. STRONGER SOUTHERLY
WINDS WILL CONTINUE INTO THE NIGHTTIME HOURS...ESPECIALLY STRONG
AT EXPOSED HIGHER ELEVATION LOCATIONS. WINDS WILL SHIFT ON
WEDNESDAY AS STRONG LOW PRESSURE MOVES ALONG INTERSTATE 90...
WITH FAIRLY WIDESPREAD PRECIPITATION EXPECTED ALONG AND NORTH OF
INTERSTATE 90.

DEBRIS BURNING IS THE NUMBER ONE CAUSE OF WILDFIRES...SO PLEASE BE
CAREFUL WITH ANY USE OF FIRE.  EXERCISE CAUTION DURING OFF ROAD
USE OF YOUR VEHICLE AS THE CATALYTIC CONVERTER CAN START
