HOT AND HUMID CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TO CONTINUE THROUGH FRIDAY.
WINDS WILL REMAIN SOUTHERLY TODAY...TURNING BREEZY BY MID-LATE
MORNING. AN ISOLATED STORM MAY BE POSSIBLE THIS AFTERNOON AND
EARLY EVENING...BUT MOST AREAS WILL REMAIN DRY. ANOTHER HOT DAY ON
FRIDAY....WITH INCREASING RISKS FOR RAIN FRIDAY NIGHT INTO
SATURDAY. WITH SLIGHTLY DRIER CONDITIONS POSSIBLE ON FRIDAY...THE
FIRE DANGER RISK WILL BECOME ELEVATED IN THE SOUTH DAKOTA PORTIONS
OF THE MISSOURI RIVER VALLEY.
