HYDROLOGIC STATEMENT
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE SIOUX FALLS SD
400 PM CST TUE FEB 23 2016

.The following river forecasts include forecast precipitation through
tonight. Any additional future rains could affect the crest
forecasts.

Runoff from recent snow melt, in addition to some ice effects, will
allow elevated river stages to persist through much of this week on
the Rock, Little Sioux, and Big Sioux Rivers. No significant flooding
is anticipated at this time, but river levels could be near bank-full,
and could see rapid fluctuations of 1 to 2 feet due to ice.
