PATCHY FROST ACROSS NORTHWEST IOWA. TUESDAY WILL FEATURE PARTLY TO
MOSTLY SUNNY SKIES WITH TEMPERATURES SEVERAL DEGREES WARMER THAN
MONDAY...ALTHOUGH STILL AROUND 5 DEGREES BELOW AVERAGE. FORECAST
HIGHS ARE GENERALLY IN THE UPPER 60S EAST OF THE JAMES RIVER...WITH
LOW AND MID 70S TO THE WEST.
