DRY AND MILD WEATHER WILL BE THE RULE ACROSS THE NORTHERN PLAINS
TONIGHT AND TUESDAY...AS HIGH PRESSURE COMPLETES ITS EASTWARD TREK
ACROSS THE REGION. HIGH TEMPERATURES TUESDAY ARE GOING TO BE MOSTLY
IN THE 60S AND 70S. HOWEVER...ONLY 50S ARE EXPECTED IN EASTERN
MINNESOTA AND NORTHEAST IOWA...WHILE WESTERN NEBRASKA MAY REACH THE
LOWER 80S.

INCREASING WINDS OVER THE WESTERN PART OF THE REGION TUESDAY WILL BE
THE FIRST SIGN OF STRONG LOW PRESSURE EXPECTED TO AFFECT THE REGION
BY WEDNESDAY. SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL DEVELOP FROM THE WEST
TUESDAY NIGHT AND WEDNESDAY. MILD TEMPERATURES WILL CONTINUE
WEDNESDAY...AND WINDS SHOULD BE STRONG OVER MOST OF THE
REGION.
