CHILLY AIR WILL CONTINUE TO SPILL INTO THE REGION TODAY ON BLUSTERY
NORTH WINDS...WITH TEMPERATURES THIS AFTERNOON AS MUCH AS 20 TO 30
DEGREES COOLER COMPARED TO SATURDAY...MAINLY IN THE 30S TO MID 40S.
AN AREA OF PRECIPITATION WILL TRANSLATE FROM THE WESTERN PLAINS
THROUGH AREAS MAINLY NEAR AND SOUTH OF INTERSTATE 90 THROUGH
TONIGHT. THE INFLUX OF COOLER AIR WILL MAKE FOR A MIX WITH OR CHANGE
TO SNOW AS THE PRECIPITATION PROGRESSES EASTWARD.  AT THIS TIME...
LARGEST SNOW ACCUMULATIONS UP TO A FEW INCHES ARE EXPECTED ACROSS
SOUTHWEST SOUTH DAKOTA AND WESTERN NEBRASKA. FARTHER EASTWARD...
THERE COULD BE A FEW SPOTS FROM EASTERN NEBRASKA INTO NORTHWEST IOWA
WITH AN INCH OR LITTLE MORE SNOWFALL THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING...
BUT FOR MOST AREAS... ACCUMULATIONS WILL NOT BE LONG LASTING...AND
GENERALLY A HALF INCH OR LESS.  PRECIPITATION WILL BE CLEAR OF THE
AREA ON MONDAY...BUT THE CHILLY CONDITIONS WILL CONTINUE...WITH
HIGHS AGAIN IN THE 30S AND 40S.
