A POTENT COLD FRONT WILL CONTINUE TO DROP ACROSS THE NORTHERN PLAINS
TONIGHT AS LOW PRESSURE TRACKS THE REGION.  THIS WILL RESULT IN
SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS OVER A GOOD PORTION OF THE REGION...WITH
HEAVY RAIN POSSIBLE OVER PORTIONS SOUTH DAKOTA...NEBRASKA...
IOWA...AND SOUTHERN MINNESOTA. BEHIND THE FRONT...NORTHWESTERLY
WINDS WILL INCREASE AND TEMPERATURES WILL PLUNGE. SCATTERED RAIN
SHOWERS WILL BE POSSIBLE AGAIN ACROSS THE REGION ON
WEDNESDAY...MAINLY THROUGH THE AFTERNOON HOURS.

LOWS TONIGHT WILL BE IN THE 40S WEST OF INTERSTATE 29 AND IN THE 50S
TO MID 60S TO THE EAST. HIGHS ON WEDNESDAY WILL BE MUCH COOLER IN
THE 50S FOR BULK OF THE REGION. SOME LOWER 60S WILL BE POSSIBLE IN
PARTS OF WESTERN IOWA.
