REGIONAL WEATHER SYNOPSIS FOR THE NORTH CENTRAL UNITED STATES

COOL AND DRY AIR WILL ONCE AGAIN GRACE THE TRI STATE AREA IN THE
WAKE OF YESTERDAYS COLD FRONT.  AS HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS INTO THE
AREA TODAY... SKIES WILL BE MOSTLY SUNNY AND WINDS WILL BE FAIRLY
LIGHT THROUGHOUT THE DAY.  HIGH TEMPERATURES WILL BE SLIGHTLY BELOW
NORMAL WITH READINGS IN THE 70S IN SOUTHWEST MINNESOTA TO THE MIDDLE
80S ALONG THE MISSOURI RIVER.  TEMPERATURES WILL RETURN TO NORMAL OR
SLIGHTLY ABOVE BY FRIDAY ALREADY WITH HIGHS IN THE LOWER TO MIDDLE
80S.

SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE LATE TONIGHT IN AREAS ALONG
THE MISSOURI RIVER AND ACROSS ALL OF THE TRI STATE ARE BY EARLY
THURSDAY AFTERNOON.  NOT EVERYONE WILL EXPERIENCE RAIN ON THURSDAY
SO DONT BE TOO QUICK TO CANCEL ANY OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES.  LOOKING
FURTHER AHEAD TO THE WEEKEND...THE CHANCES FOR RAIN LOOK TO BE
MINIMAL.
