FINALLY A WARMUP WILL BE IN STORE FOR THE NORTHERN PLAINS BEGINNING
ON FRIDAY...AND THEN LASTING THROUGH THE NEXT WEEK. ELEVATED FIRE
DANGER WILL BE FOUND ACROSS THE AREA ON FRIDAY...WITH BRISK
SOUTHERLY WINDS COUPLED WITH SOME FAIRLY DRY AFTERNOON HUMIDITY
VALUES. OTHERWISE THE NEXT DECENT CHANCE FOR RAINFALL WILL BE ACROSS
NORTHWEST IOWA AND IMMEDIATE ADJACENT AREAS SATURDAY NIGHT THROUGH
SUNDAY NIGHT ALONG A STALLED WIND SHIFT LINE.

LOWS TONIGHT WILL MAINLY BE IN THE MID 20S TO MID 30S...WITH SOME 40
DEGREE LOWS IN SOUTH CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA. FRIDAYS HIGHS WILL VARY
FROM THE 50S IN SOUTHWEST MINNESOTA...TO THE 70S IN SOUTHERN
SOUTHERN SOUTH DAKOTA AND NORTHERN NEBRASKA. 60S AND 70S WILL BE
COMMON THIS WEEKEND.
