PRECIPITATION WILL END FROM WEST TO EAST ACROSS MINNESOTA AND
NORTHERN IOWA TONIGHT AS LOW PRESSURE CENTERED ACROSS WESTERN IOWA
EXITS RAPIDLY NORTHEAST. A WINTER STORM WARNING IS IN EFFECT THROUGH
THIS EVENING ACROSS CENTRAL...EAST CENTRAL AND NORTHEAST MINNESOTA.
A PERIOD OF BRISK NORTHWEST WINDS WILL FOLLOW THE PASSAGE OF THE LOW
PRESSURE SYSTEM WITH WINDS EXPECTED TO DECREASE AFTER MIDNIGHT.

HIGH PRESSURE WILL BRING A COOL DAY TO THE REGION THURSDAY UNDER
PARTLY TO MOSTLY CLOUDY SKIES. LIGHT RAIN AND SNOW SHOWERS WILL BE
SCATTERED ACROSS NORTH DAKOTA AND WESTERN SOUTH DAKOTA.

LOW TEMPERATURES TONIGHT IN THE 20S WILL BE COMMON ACROSS MOST THE
REGION ALTHOUGH SOUTHERN IOWA WILL BE MILDER WITH READINGS IN THE
30S. HIGH TEMPERATURES THURSDAY WILL VERY FROM THE UPPER 40S AND 50S
ACROSS IOWA...NEBRASKA AND WESTERN SOUTH DAKOTA...TO 35 TO 45
DEGREES FURTHER NORTH IN THE REGION. THE WEEKEND IS LOOKING NICE
WITH TEMPERATURES IN THE 60S TO NEAR 70 AND JUST AN OUTSIDE SHOT OF
SHOWERS...MAINLY ACROSS MINNESOTA AND IOWA.
